Penerapan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Untuk Penilaian Kinerja Dosen

چکیده
Untuk melihat sejauh mana kinerja dosen dalam melaksanakan tridharma maka diperlukan sebuah penilaian. Sistem penilaian yang dilakukan oleh Universitas Baturaja selama ini masih belum semua terkomputerisasi, seperti pada perhitungan nilai kriteria-kriteria penentu keputusan sehingga pengambilan membutuhkan waktu lama. Tujuan penelitian adalah menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk dosen. Metode dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem pendukung terkomputerisasi dapat membantu pengambil baik dan tepat.
